A large study by Danish researchers has shown indicates that fertility drugs don’t increase risk of ovarian cancer.
The study, published on the British Medical Journal website, involved 54,362 women with infertility problems. The researchers state that, our results show no convincing association between the overall risk for ovarian cancer and use of fertility drugs, and are generally reassuring. They do also note that many of the women in the study had not yet reached the age of peak risk for ovarian cancer.

Miscarriages
A miscarriage is a devastating thing to go through, no matter at what stage of the pregnancy, especially if it happens after struggling to fall pregnant.
Miscarriages are fairly common, and on average, one out of five pregnancies ends in a miscarriage. A miscarriage is the spontaneous abortion of an embryo or foetus before it's developed enough to survive. This can happen even before a woman is aware that she is pregnant.
Unfortunately there is no treatment that can give you 100% protection from miscarriages occurring. Chromosomal problems with the embryo, will usually cause a miscarriage, which is nature's way and no matter how harsh it may seem, in these cases, it is for the best.
There are however many things you can do to increase your chances of carrying your baby to full term.
Some of these things include:
getting the right nutrients - especially taking enough selenium
getting enough sleep
not smoking or drinking alcohol
avoiding over the counter medicines
eating the right foods, such as nuts, fish and whole grains
making sure progesterone levels are adequate
not over-excercising
relaxing as much as possible
